We use EV 10.0.4 and 11.0.1 and are in the process of upgrading to Exchange 2013. Most of the Exchange services (transport, relay, autodiscover) have been moved to Exchange 2013. For the moment mailboxes remain on 2010. We are now ready to move OWA to Exchange 2013 and I have some queries:
[1] Do I need to add the Exchange 2013 CAS server IP addresses to the ExchangeServers.txt file?
[2] As we have 3 regional EV sites and a single Exchange Organisation with regional servers, should I add 'all' the CAS server IPs to each EV site? or just the regional CAS server IPs?
[3] As the mailboxes remain on Exchange 2010, OWA requests will be proxied to the 2010 servers and the existing EV extensions will continue to work, correct?
[4] I have not updated the EV sites to Search, only client provisioned selected users, using the add-in they get the new Search but via OWA they get the legacy pages. Is this because of the EV extensions? and will this get updated when we move the mailboxes to Exchange 2013 and update to the MailApp.
Any help with any of the above would be appreciated.
