Export Archived data when the data is X years old.

Hi all,

A customer want the following functionallity. When Archived mail is older than 10 years it will be exported.

I do not know if EV support this, if I look on the retention policy I cannot do what the customer request. But I can migrate old archived data to another media (sata,tape,share) with the Migration setting at on the partition.

So I can export data, but is there a simple way to export all mail that has been migrated to any of this formats pst,txt,html? Is there a good way to delete the    migrated data?
