I'am facing a weird error on item retrieval via OWA.
We got a lot of sub domains and for two forests we have the following issue.
Forest A:
For these people, OWA has been disclosed over regular (home)internet. Home workers are accessing OWA, using the Safenet two-factor authentication. Archived items are being displayed with the normal xml preview. However, clicking the “View the original item” results in a timeout. The funny thing is, that users are in fact able to right-click and de-archive an item before opening it.
Forest B:
For these people, the procedure is quite the same, the users are able to right-click and de-archive an item before opening it. However, clicking the “View the original item” does not result in a timeout (like at Forest A), but in an error message saying that the user has insufficient rights to access the item.
For the other Forests C,D,E,... OWA and Outlook ist working fine.
We are using Enterprise Vault 10.0.4 and the appropriate OWA extensions on the CAS servers.
I would really appriciate if you could pount me to the source of this issue.
