Oui, j'ai besoin d'une solution

I am trying to Build Metastore for one user.
According to the Indexing MetaData Log (from Monitor Indexing Task) it failed with the following error message :
Build Metadata Store started at 22/10/2014 09:44:19
22/10/2014 09:44:19 Estimated items to process: [602]
22/10/2014 09:44:25 Cannot process items for volume [VaultEntryId=[110317C93EB132F48858C58C5C050FC351110000evserver] IndexVolumeIdentity=[18] StartISN=[1] EndISN=[602] Offline=[False]] because the items are missing from the index.
22/10/2014 09:44:25 The metadata store build subtask is sleeping. Reason: [No items could be processed]. The subtask will try again after: [22/10/2014 10:14:25].

I tried to rebuilt the index for the specified user but it did not help.
Do you have any idea ?
