Unable to Move Archive to Server in another domain

Good Morning,

looking for some assistance. i am trying to move archive from one EV Site to Another Site in a different domain. When i try and move archive i get the following error

There are No Available Archives outside the Vault source store. You can only move the selected source archive to a new Archive

Source Vault is Version: 8.0.4.1991 on  Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Standard x64 Edition R2

Destination Vault Is:Version: 9.0.2.1061 on Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard.

Just for Info Version 8 server is being decommed, Version 9 server will be upgraded to Version 11.

Any assistance greatly appreciated
