migrating place holder from old file server 2008 to new file server 2012 R2 using EV 9

Hi all,

Can anyone here please verify and clarify the best course of action for me so that I can successfully migrate the archived files (in the form of place holder) from old File server running on Windows Server 2008 to the new File server running on Windows Server 2012 R2 ?

what I can see on the FSAUtility command line paramaters on my EV 9.0.4CHF5 server is that I can use the following commandline to move the placeholder to each respective directories where it resides from the old server to the new file server.

FSAUtility –pm –s \\oldFileServer\Data -d \\newFileServer\Data -f –csf

any suggestion and comments would be greatly apprecaited.
