Backing up Windows Servers Running EV Software

II hope I am posting to the correct forum.

am currently tunning Enterprise Vault 9.0.4 and using a 3rd party backup to backup my Windows servers running Enterprise Vault software.

Backups are successful, but the archive links get skipped during the backup process.  

Backup Software currently using; Untirends 7.0  This software allows for both file level backups and VMWare backups.  In both cases I do not see any of the archive links after a successful backup.  

Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated.
