We just installed a PoC concerning Sharepoint archiving with Enterprise Vault 11.0. Architecture:
. Enterprise Vault server: Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 (dedicated server, virtual machine)
. SQL Server 2008 R2 SP2 (dedicated server, virtual machine)
. Sharepoint 2013 (dedicated server, virtual machine) with EV11 components.
These machines are not in production.
We are facing an error on some documents (different file types: PPTX, MSG and so on) when processing an archive run (Report mode and Normal run):
*** Error ***
Server was unable to process request. ---> value does not fall within the expected range. Error listing versions of the file
Some documents are ok but they are in the same collection site, same document library.
We tried with EVSA and a different account: both have Full control pernmissions on the SPS collection site.
No events in the Eventlog "Enterprise Vault"
When doing a DTrace, we can find same error but nothing else (Verbose mode).
Any ideas for helping on this issue?
