EV for Exchange blocking attachment types

I am trying to find out if the File Blocking rules/groups used with EV File Archiving can be applied with EV for Exchange archiving, where certain file types are attached to mailbox items.

Essentially I want to block certain attachments from being archived.

Does anyone know if it is possible?  I'm using EV 11 but don't see anything obvious.
