Opening archive emails in a public folder that is not being archived

Hi all,

I'm running EV 9.0.4.

I have some public folders on my Exchange. They are not being archived by EV. Only mailboxes are being archived. Some users move emails to these public folders. Some of these emails has been previously archived. Another user with permissions on a specific public folder wants to open an archived email that has been moved there, but he can't open the email because only the owner can do it. He is asked for a login/password.

What can I do?
