Oui, j'ai besoin d'une solution
We just upgraded to Enterprise Vault 10.0.4 and when a couple people who are using Office 365's version of Outlook 2013.
They are saying the vault add-in is not working.
When they tried to uninstall and reinstall it, it showed a message that the enterprise vault cache extender was not installed properly.
They are on Windows 7
What is going on?
I haven't seen this error before?
