Oui, j'ai besoin d'une solution
I have a single mailbox that will not archive eligible messages and I dont know how to fix it. This is how I caused it:
- user's vaulted data was accidently deleted.
- I disabled her Vault account. (so no archiving would take place during restore)
- I restored her messages from Exchange backup (message by message... slow and painful)
- I deleted the shortcuts in her mailbox (since they were no longer valid).
- Once the user's messages had been restored I re-enabled her account for archiving
Now I notice the restored messages arent being re-archived. New mail is being archived but how do I get the Vault to archive these older messages?
