EV 10.04 usage.asp shows "Access Denied" when accessed through VAC

Guys,

Is there a fix of this problem?

I can access usage.asp from browsing through IIS and directly via IE (so it has the proper IIS permissions). I have EV 10.04 on Server 2008 R2 installed on 6 x servers [building block] but 5 of them shows "Access Denied" when accessed usage.asp through VAC..

All of them have the same configuration for IIS.
