EV 9.0 and exchange 2003

Before: I had a exchange server 2003 and my old emails are archived on enterprise vault 9.0 and can be access from outlook using addon

But Now 

recently i have an exchange crash and my exchge edb files got corrupted then i have to create new edb files for exchange with that old emails are also lost. EV 9.0 is working fine and can be accessed through web interface. but i am unable to sync that same EV server with exchange server (with new edb files). 

Any solution to sync old EV server with new exchange server.

Note that AD structure is same as before, i have created new edb files only
