Hi folks, I'm looking for advice on a starting point to diagnose the following:
When I log into OWA and try and use the Search Archives function, I get a mixture of messages from 'page cannot be displayed' to a long url that looks alot like this:

Initially the symptom was as follows: If I logged into OWA and get CAS 1, then EV plugins are visible. If I log into OWA and get CAS 2 then NO EV plugins are visible
I double checked the exchangeservers.txt (correctly configured) and (for different reasons) bounced the EV servers, and this problem went away, leaving me with the aforementioned problem instead
I've got the IIS logs but I don't really know what I'm looking for.
If I wanted to DTrace this, presumably I need to rule out DNS problems first. I was thinking if there is a misconfig somewhere, then the http call won't correctly translate to a destination, so there is no point in me DTracing EV because the request won't hit EV?
That's all I can think of really, and I'm just brain storming how I can figure this out - any ideas?
