EV-AddIn doesn't load with Office 2013 Home and Business Click-to-Run 64 bit version

Hi,

did anyone ever try to run the EV-Add-In in the following configuration?

• Windows 7 64 Bit
• Office 2013 Home and Business 64 bit Click-to-Run
• EV-Add-In Version 10.0.3 CHF2

If you run the 32 bit version of office it works. I see an environment where it doesn't. The Add-In is not loaded. The client trace with logginglevel 3 is almost empty. No errors.

The click-to-run version of Outlook 2013 is based on App-V (Application Virtualization). So it runs in a sandbox. Maybe there's an issue with that.

Before contacting Symantec Enterprise Support I would like to ask if there is someone who tried this before. Please share your experience!
