How to export archived mails from general archive to PST file

We have Enterprise vault 10.0.3.

Can I export mails from general archive to PST file just like we do in mailbox archiving.

I found below tech not for the same. where in it is mentioned that you need to export it first to basket and then to PST, but need to make changes in web.ini file to achieve this

We also know that it is achievable using DA but we do not want to use that option either.

since there are more than 10000 items which we want to export, we are looking if there is any other way available in enterprise vault server itself to accomplish this.
