Oui, j'ai besoin d'une solution
My EV server is configured to hold the deleted archive emails for 30 days.
If a user delete a short cut, the configuration is set to delete both the shortcut and the archived email from vault.
I dont find an option to recover a deleted archive email from the 30 day retention. Please help me on how to recover the deleted archied email.
