EV 10 with OWA 2010

Hi All,

Need some guidance on allowing EV's file archive explorer to work on Exchange 2010 OWA.

Currently the File archive explorer can be seen and workable on the OWA. Internally it work fine but externally it cannot be resolve thus file explorer

does not work.

Is there any available tech doc that can guide how can this be configured to work?

I think under Desktop policy there is some advanced settings that can be set to allow EV to work externally by defining the external URL.

But is there a need to configure the web.config file on Exchange 2010 OWA? Understand that older version of Exchange will be required to do it. But I'm

not sure about EV 10 with OWA 2010.
