Our company recently rolled out Enterprise Vault. One of the main questions from our users has been how do they keep flagged messages in their Inbox until the flag has been completed. Many of our Executives manage their follow-ups/task from their inbox or keep important documents related to a long running project in their inbox. This is done so they have a daily reminder and/or can access the information from the mobile devices very quickly.
When we used Microsoft Outlook auto-archive feature, you could set an option for auto-archive to skip archiving messages that had an active flag. Can you do the same thing with a setting in Enterprise Vault? Thanks in advance for your suggestions!
