Hi Guys
I have a strange problem: Only SOME users are experiencing following error message in OWA, when trying to open an archived message/attachment:
Symantec Enterprise Vault - Error
You do not have access to this vault.
In Outlook everythings works fine. Btw, we are trying this from inside the network, so no TMG/Firewall etc stands between.

I already tried/checked:
- rerun owauser.wsf - Script (as described in http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=HOWTO38207)
- granted manual permission on a users archive as described in the problem article linked above
- checked ExchangeServers.txt - File and IIS-restrictions (all IPs are there)
Our enviroment:
- Exchange 2010 SP2
- EnterpriseVault 10.0.2
- All Servers W2008 R2, Clients Win7/IE9
It's definitly a user account problem, not machine related. And i can't see a difference between users which are having the problems and the ones which are working. They are even in different Provisioning Groups. I compared and changed Mailbox Policies and Provisioning groups, still same behaviour.
