EV 10.0.3 No action taken: Windows account disabled

Hi,

We are trying to archive some Leavers mailbox where all AD accounts are disabled.

However Some of them are archiving fine although AD account is disabled.

But some of them are not, report says "No action taken: Windows account disabled"

Any idea?
