Failed to get the document from the Storage Service.

Hi All

I'm getting goafs errors when attempting to retrieve items.

I did do a dump saveset recall on one of the items and than comes back fine which is very curious.

Seems to be affecting all items.

Please see attached dtrace.

EV 10 SP3 CU2 (just updated from 9 SP3)

EV for Microsoft Exchange 2007 SP3 + Outlook 2007 SP3 on server.
