Hello All,
I have a user who is facing an issue wherein after he disabled an account in AD and hide it from GAL and run the provisioning task on EV server, mbxexchangestate still shows 0 in Mailbox entry Table on SQL server, it should have got changed to 2.
There are no specific event errors he get except for "object does not exist in active directory" when he runs provisioning task because the user in question is still added in provisioning group. mbxarchiving state was 1 earlier for this user because archiving wasn't suspended, but after we ran the disable mailbox wizard and disabled the user for archiving, mbxarchivingstate immediately changed to "2" however mbxexchangestate still won't change for some reason even after running provisioning task numerous times, and the user was disabled in AD almost 2 weeks ago. I tried to search for ProcessHiddenMailbox key if by chance hard coded in EV server, but didn't find any so that possibility should be ruled out as well I think. Could there be any other registry key which might be preventing this from happening? Or am I missing something too obvious here?
Any pointers, I'll highly appreciate. Thanks in advance.
