Question around User Search within VAC

Hi All 

One of my customers has asked me a question around some unusual behavior they have noticed.

If they have rights to a user archive from a Vault Admin perspective they can go into the VAC\Archives and then right Right Click a particular archive and initiate the Search Archive, this then brings up the EV Search page but it doesn't default to  the user in the VAC. You are then presented with a list in the EV Search of all archives the Vault Admin has access to and you have to manually select the Archive 

Is this by design where it doesn't automatically default to the User search  you select in the VAC?
