Minimum Delegated Rights to see other users archive

Hi,

I want to have delegated access to someone elses mailbox so that I can see their archived email. My question is, what is the Minimum permssions that should be set from the other persons email so that I can see their Exchange email AND their Archived email.

When someone gave me "Publishing Editor" I could see all that persons archived emails, but when they dropped this down to "reviewer", I could no longer see them..I would have thought reviewer would have been enough.

We have EV 10.0.4, and Exchange 2010, and office 2010 in the environemnt.
