IMAP notifications not sending

Oui, j'ai besoin d'une solution

We have recently configured and enabled IMAP on our Enterprise Vault server. Everything appears to be working fine with the exception on IMAP notification for new users. When a new user is enabled it is configured to send a notification email with configuration information. The email never arrives and the following shows in the Client Access provisioning log. Our certificate is fine. What remote cert is it referring to?

Error sending notification: The remote certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure.
