search window EV 11 prompts open / save - solution

Hi,

Is there a solution for the scenario where in the new EV 11 search inside outlook window, when user double clicks an email - instead of opening inside outlook as msg file - it pops out a window asking if you want to save or open the file?

My customers are really not happy with this...

I tried one solution suggested with tweaking the registry - it didn't work.

Is there any change that I missed?
