Kindly find the details of the enviorment as follows.
OS Version: Windows 7 SP1
Outlook Version: 2007 SP3
Enterprise Vault add-in Version: 11.0.1
We are using symantec antivirus.
I am geting below error while opening outlook.
Outlook experienced a serious problem with the 'enterprise vault add-in' add-in. If you have seen this message multiple times, you should disable this add-in and check to see if an update is available. Do you want to disable this add-in?
I have gone through previous discussion blog also: http://www.symantec.com/connect/forums/user-ev-add-crashed
But link provided in the solution https://support.symantec.com/en_US/article.TECH166005.html is showing 'There is no article that matches your request.'
Can anyone provide the rootcause of the issue.
Kindly provide other technote or link in order to troubleshoot the same.
