Archived Email is not displaying the recepient information in the "To" field - Symantec Vault Client

Oui, j'ai besoin d'une solution

Archived Email is not displaying the recepient information in the "To" field - Symantec Vault Client.

I reset the cache and used Archive Explorer and the "To" field is still empty on most of the emails ?  any idea what is causing this ?
