EnterpriseVault Public Folder archiving creates Public Folder conflicts

Hello all,

We made a change to our public facing Exchange CAS server to block SSLv2 and SSLv3 and enforce all TLS versions. Now whenever archiving kicks off, one of the mailbox servers kicks out errors in the event log. When the errors are sent to the CAS server, event ID 1020 is logged as "MSExchange Store Driver" and sends Public Folder conflicts errors to many users in the company.I can recreate this by selecting "Run Now" and verify it is caused by the archiving task. Where can I look on the server to find out what is going on? Nothing in the event logs is helping.
