Restoration failing with the error "Operator action may be required. Pending Action: Misplaced tape"

Hi All,

Here we are trying to restore data which was backed up on Gen3 media in L700 Library

But we dont have neither the library nor the drives, We do have IBM Library Gen5 drives,

As far as i know we can restore down 2 generation media,but here we are getting below errors, Kindly find the job detail below
