Dear forum members,
I need some assistance related to a Entreprise Vault issue
with Microsoft Office 2010 service pack 2
the version of vault we are using is has follows:
EnterpriseVaultOutlook2010_10_0_2_1112
Currently the issue is when the user tries to archive anything or move an item in outlook into Vault directly he gets the error message. below

The error is in french but a brute translation is that : Impossible to move objects, You can't modify your virtual vault cause
your inbox is not configurated for archiving
Can anyone assist me with this issue?
