Hi everyone, I've got a really weird Vault Cache sync issue (may not actually be EV at all - just need to prove it). Has anyone come across this before?
VC indicates a problem with sync in Outlook
After a bit of troubleshooting the following was discovered
If I open up IE LAN settings, and the Automatically Detect Settings box is ticked, and I then untick it and retry VC, it immediately works
If I open up IE LAN settings, and the Automatically Detect Settings box is UNTICKED, and I then TICK IT and retry VC, it immediately works
Client diagnostics run during the negative behavior indicates 'Can't connect to EV'
I've checked client/server versions for compatibility - all ok
It happens for everyone
Trusted sites/Intranet sites all look like they have the prerequisites
I've run Wireshark and looked for connections during the negative behaviour, but nothing is being captured
Anyone got any flashes of inspiration for how I can troubleshoot this further?
