EV for Exchange2010/2013 and office365

Hi Support,

I have a customer who is looking for EV for Exchange2010/2013 and office365.

Env

1. 2 * Exchange 2010 SP3 (CAS/HT)
2. 3 * Exchange 2010 SP3 (Mailbox with DAG)
3. 1 * Exchange 2013 SP1 (CAS/Mailbox - hybrid office365 migration in later stage)
4. 1000 * Outlook 2010 SP1 client

Question

1. What is the EV version that support  Exchange2010/2013 and office365?
2. What is requiement for EV?
3. How to configure with setup?
4. Customer is requsting single deployment without double work when they move to office365.
