OWA 2007 - Error 440 login timeout

Hello,

I have EV 10.0.4 environment with 2 EV servers. Exchange 2007 OWA configured on 3 CAS servers.

On 2 of the 3 CAS servers OWA is working properly but while connecting to the third CAS server there are no EV icons.

After enabling OWA logging i found the following error:  Exception sending WebDAV request: System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned an error: (440) Login Timeout.

According to http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH54224 i compared FBA settings and there are the same on all 3 CAS servers.(FBA for OWA is enabled - name only)

Any suggestions?
