Sending information that message was delete without reading

Hi All,

I have EV 11.0 upgraded from 10.0.4. 

In configuration EV I was selected archiving unreaded messages.

When sender request confirmation read mail and EV was archived mail and this mail was not read, sender recive information that recipient deleted message without reading. Of course this was not true, becasue EV change mail on shortcut. 

How solve this case ?
