recalling bulk data from FSA

FSA 10.0.4 CHF3

We will be doing bulk migrations out of FSA and want to bulk recall data.

What's the best method to do this?

What happens if source servers do not exist anymore (e.g. decommissioned).

If we have an old-decommissioned server's DNS alias pointing to a new server, will data restore there? How to restore data to a decommissioned file server?
