Oui, j'ai besoin d'une solution
I'm trying to troubleshoot missing EV buttons in Outlook for an enabled user. I've added the LoggingLevel entry under HKCU\Software\KVS\Enterprise Vault\Client\ as a 32bit DWORD with a value of 3.
When I open Outlook I see the ev_client_log_xxx.txt file generated in the \appdata\local\temp directory, but the first entry of the log is "Log file created (Level 1)".
Anyone know why the logs aren't recording the full trace?
- EV 11.0 CHF2 and same EV add-in version
- Windows 8.1 64bit
- Outlook 2013 32bit in cached mode
As far as the missing buttons go, Outlook is showing the EV add-in as inactive, but not disabled. We have a few users who are having the same problem; some users are working fine, but others are not. I've been told the configurations for all comptuters are identical.
