Oui, j'ai besoin d'une solution
Hi,
We have turned on collection on a partition which was created on 11/11/2008 and closed on 19/11/2008
We have set the collection to run from 00:00:00 till 23:59:00 and collect files older than 2 years.
All files has been backed up. Archive bits are not set for sure. EV is not in backup mode.
Now the collection runs for few minutes and says
A Partition's Collector run has finished.
Partition Root Path: E:\Enterprise Vault Stores\FSAStore1 Ptn1
Archived items: 0
Files added to collections: 0
Collections: 0
Time taken for the run [H:M:S]: 0:02:38
No files were collected. Now "Collect Files older than settings" surely takes archive date in consideration? Files were archived back in 2008 in that partition which is more than 2 years. Then why collection is not collecting anything? Any idea please?
