Event error 6578 when trying export to a pst

Hello,

Every time when we try to export a mailbox to pst we receive the following error:

This error occurs only when we try to export a mailbox, we try with differents users with same error. We use EV 9.0.4.1097 in Windows 2003 enviroment and two Exchange 2010 servers.
