Backup Exec Migrator for Enterprise Vault include the index offline or not

Dear All,

The targeted Vault Store is only for Discovery Accelerator (Exchange Journaling).  The customer is not going to search the journaling email.

Is there anyone know anything about the EV Vault Store migrator offline to BackupExec?  The customer would like to know does it going to include the index file or not. 

The index size of each year is over 6TB.
