Office Web App - Not Using FQDN Name

Hi

I'm trying to setup the Office Web App and I have bought a SSL certificate for my EV server and applied it.

However my problem is that the certificate I bought is for the servername (dbc.daap-03.domain.gov.uk) but EV is using the EV Server alias which isn't a FQDN (vaultsvr1). I've confirmed this using Fiddler.

Can I change the alias to use the FQDN of the server name? Or at least change the EV alias to be a FQDN, then I can get a SSL certificate for that?
