Mailbox no longer archive

Oui, j'ai besoin d'une solution

Hi all,

I have an mailbox that no longer archive, I have tried the following:

I think it doesn't archive it because of this error:

Log Name:      Symantec Enterprise Vault
Source:        Enterprise Vault
Date:          01-09-2014 10:33:21
Event ID:      3285
Task Category: Archive Task
Level:         Warning
Keywords:      Classic
User:          N/A
Computer:      Vaultserver
Description:
The folder has Default permissions set that grant all users access to this folder. By default, this has not been synchronized to the users archive. 

MailboxDn: /o=EXCHORG/ou=FIRST ADMINISTRATIVE GROUP/cn=RECIPIENTS/cn=USER1
FolderPath: Inbox 

To solve I user this article http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH138312 with no success.
