Vault email on day one, do not delete from Exchange till day 90?

Hi,

Is it possible, maybe by combining policies, to have a setup that for certain users, where it would Vault all email as soon as it arrives (after Vault has had time to run) but it keeps the email in Exhcange / Outlook for say 90 days. Then on day 90, only then would it replace the email with a stub file?

I can't find an option to do this, so I do not think it would be possible. But, maybe someone has acheived something like this?
