EV 11: Mailbox delegates permissions after pst migration

Hi,

i´ve got a question about permissions after a pst migration.

I´ve found the  TECH139601.

Is this problem still in EV 11?
In the TECH is only EV 8, 9 and 10 affected.

Anyone tested this situation?
