EV 9.0.5 "The deletion of the item is not currently permitted"

Hi,

A colleague cannot delete a message from their Vault Cache, I asked them to test via Archive Explorer and get the below when deleting from within the message and from the folder view:

There are no event logs recorded and everything else appears normal.

I have run a DTrace on the StorageDelete and StorageOnlineOpns processes and have the log snippet below:

{CStorageOnline::CanItemBeDeleted}|CanItemBeDeleted result: CanBeDeleted: False, Reason: 0xc0041a57

I have found this specific log in http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH61293 and have confirmed the "users can delete from archive" is allowed and we don't use any storage expiry, retention limits or collections.

This particular server uses Hitachi HCP storage and latest 1.2.2 streamer software. The device is in Enterprise not Compliance mode.

Any suggestions what to check next? or does anyone know if this behaviour is expected?
