We have a client that is using evault 10 with exchange 2007 and wanting to move to Exchange 2013.
We are not sure how his scripts are going to act with the retention tags, Have not gotten to experience EVault and 2013 yet.
the question is can you get a folder to auto tag it's contents?
We just want to see how close we can get tags to resemble manage folders because with the scripting that is currently done is items such as this folder is only 60 day retention, this is 2 year, this is forever for legal hold.
From how we are looking at things, it seems so user driven and with his current exchange 2007 he has everything scripted out.
it's just going to be "tag it" instead of move to this folder and the users will have to be educated, and they can still do "this folder has this tag" but the users will have to set it up, i don't see a way to push that out, is there?
can anyone give any insight?
