Unable to attach the archived mail as orginal item while sending mail

We have Enterprise vault 10.0.3

we want to attach the archived mail item as orginal because the attached item cannot open out side the organization.

While forwarding the archived mail it is shown as orginal item.Also how to restore the archived mail item from searched item.
