upgrade 9.0.0 to 10.0.4

I have EV version 9.0.0 installed on server 2003.

I see in the following TN the upgrade paths:

So, just want to make sure that the steps are:

1. migrate 2003 server to 2008 R2 with same EV version 9.0.0

2. upgrade EV 9.0.0 to EV 10.0.4

Am I correct or do I missing steps?
